By signing up for Heartland Coverage Alerts, you agree to receive SMS notifications about your enrollment, your documents and the deadlines that apply to you. You may opt in by ticking the consent box on one of the forms on this website.
1. User Opt-In
You only receive text messages from Heartland Coverage Partners LLC if you ask for them, by ticking the box on one of our forms. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. You can work with us, or enrol in coverage, without ever agreeing to texts.
We record the exact wording you agreed to, with the date, time, IP address and page it came from, in order to evidence compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
What we send
Replies to questions you have asked. Reminders when an enrolment deadline or a document deadline is approaching. Notice when it is time to review your plan for the coming year. Occasional notes about Open Enrollment dates.
We do not send marketing for other companies, and we do not send anything on behalf of a third party.
2. User Opt-Out
To stop receiving alerts, reply STOP to [SMS-NUMBER-TBD] from your mobile device, or to any message from us. You will no longer receive additional messages.
Other opt-out commands include QUIT, END,CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOP ALL. Once opted out, you will receive one confirmation that it worked and nothing after that.
Stopping texts does not cancel your coverage and does not end our working relationship — we will simply telephone or email you instead.
3. Help and Support
For assistance, you can:
- Text HELP to [SMS-NUMBER-TBD].
- Call (866) 827-4241.
You can also reach the Marketplace directly, without us, atHealthCare.gov or on 1-800-318-2596 — free of charge, and independent of anything to do with this messaging programme.
4. Privacy and Data Sharing
Strict privacy policy
Heartland Coverage Partners LLC takes your privacy seriously. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, your consent record or your personal information with third parties. Lists of people shopping for health coverage are actively bought and sold; we do not participate in that market in either direction.
The information you provide is used solely to send the messages described above. We may disclose it only to comply with legal obligations, to enforce our rights, or to protect our interests as required by law. How we handle everything else is described in ourPrivacy Policy.
5. Supported Carriers
Heartland Coverage Alerts supports a variety of mobile carriers in the United States, including AT&T, T‑Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Google Fi and many regional carriers.Carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered or failed messages.Carrier support may change without notice.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the delivery of SMS messages. Message delivery depends on the network service of your wireless provider, and we are not liable for any delays, errors or failures in message delivery.
Nothing that matters is communicated only by text. Enrollment deadlines, document requests and anything with a date attached are handled by telephone and in writing, because a text that failed to send does not extend a deadline.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or related to these Mobile Terms, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Kansas before a single arbitrator, applying Kansas's substantive law.
Class action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated or representative action. Either party may instead bring a qualifying individual claim in small claims court. Where applicable law renders any part of this clause unenforceable, that part is severed and the remainder stands.
This clause concerns the text message program. It does not affect your right to appeal a coverage decision, to complain to a state department of insurance, or to deal with the Marketplace directly.
